1. Dealer completes and submits the Distributor Transfer Request Form.
a. For Dealers already on h2o® Direct, locate the e-form on h2o® Direct.
b. For Dealers not on h2o® Direct, complete the Distributor Transfer Request Form on Page 2 and submit to email@example.com using the Retailer’s email address on file.
2. To authenticate the Distributor Transfer request, h2o® Wireless Team will email existing (old),
new Distributors and the Dealer who submitted the request. The Dealer has 2 business days from the email to reply and acknowledge the transfer.
a. No response will be considered a rejection.
b. If acknowledged, new Distributor will be email notified and must respond within 5 business days to accept the transfer request. No response will be considered a rejection and No extra days and/or exceptions will be permitted.
3. When the new Distributor accepts, the Dealer will be queued to be transferred by next Monday based on the cut off time of Thursday EOB.
Rules and Guidelines
1. Distributor Transfers will only be permitted 60 days after the approval of a new account or of the last Distributor Transfer.
2.For Active/Existing h2o® Direct retailer,
a. Distributor Transfers can only be made through the portal with e-form. Manual form (Distributor Transfer Request Form in PDF) will not be accepted. We will not provide any user ID or information for new Distributor.
b. Dealers will be unable to transfer to a new Distributor under a new agent. Dealers will only be allowed to transfer directly under a new Distributor.
3. If Dealer is denied/rejected 3 times for Distributor Transfer requests, the Dealer will be blacklisted from transfer for 6 months.
4. Any fraudulent/foul play/misrepresentation will be investigated and penalized.
